Im haveing problems with hooking up my break box in my 95 F 250. I have all the wires correct except for the the break wire switch one. Im not sure where this one is. i hooked it to the only green one that i could find but the box always says that its on and not on like stand by. Does anyone know what wire is correct to splice into?

Thanks alot

You're hooked to the wrong side of the brake light switch....you are hooked to the power IN (unswitched) side and you need to be hooked to the power OUT (switched) side.
Follow the wire you are hooked to down to the brake pedal and it should enter a switch that's activated when you step on the brake- you want to hook into the OTHER wire coming off that switch.

You shouldn't have to splice any wires as there is a plug pre-wired for the brake controller under the center of the dash, below the ashtray. You can get the matching plug at the dealer or where you got your brake controller. HTH Jf
