Trailer brakes

I recently purchased a tilt bed equipment trailer. It has brakes on all 4 axles. I haven't seen brakes wired up like this. How do these connect to the brake controller on the truck. The controller only has one connection for brakes and these have two wires coming out. Anyone seen these and how do I connect them to my brake control unit?

One of the wires is the ground wire, all of my trailers have two wires, brake wire-ground wire

Another thing to watch on a tilt- when I first got my Fruehauf, I got all the lights working, but running at night on the road, the lights would flicker with every bump. Tracing the wiring, the main frame was grounded, but nothing to the tilt frame, it was only grounding the lights through the tilt pivot. I ran a 10ga wire between the main and tilt frame, voila, reliable lights

So I should connect the ground wire coming from the brakes to the ground on the plug that connects to the truck? The ground wire from the brakes comes all the way to the plug at the front of the trailer. So far, no ground issues with the lights.

Everything connects to a common ground which goes through the plug at the front of the trailer. There should be a point where the ground is connected to the trailer frame for the lights. It can also grab a ground through the frame but that's not always reliable. Rust and grease on the hitch can make for a sketchy connection that way, so there's always a ground (usually white) through the trailer plug.

On the brakes themselves there is no specific power and ground terminal. Either will work for either. The brake magnets are insulated from the rest of the trailer.
