Trying to contact Dave Ekland

I am trying to get ahold of Dave Ekland. His private message option in his profile is disabled. His last post was in 2016. I hope he is still with us. Would appreciate if any members here know him and can help me contact him. Thanks

Peter, you must know his posting handle otherwise I do
not know how you can tell when he last posted. He
must not have posted under the name you have given
because a ..Search by Author.. shows no posts by that
name. Just for instance if you wanted to contact
Dieseltech who posts here often and you asked for him
by his given name I would have no clue who he is.
Although by asking for him by his posting handle I
could easily provide an email that I know he uses and
has posted here. Unfortunately, since Dave has not
posted since 2016 the odds are against you. However,
just the other day a poster made his 2nd post and had
been a member since 2008. FYI, all PMs have been
disabled for most of the time I have been a member,

which I joined in 2013.
