Rebuilding the carb on my 49 8N and I took the choke plate out without paying attention how it was positioned. I have an manuel but it is for JD M-S am sure they are the same. It shows the choke plate with the flapper and spring to the top and opens to the inside to I guess allow some air in while it is choked. Does this sound right. Thanks
