TW35 turbo specs

For the last two years I have been fighting low power on a TW35. Only dyno’d 140 pro hp. I thought it was a cracked exhaust manifold causing low turbo drive pressure. Got that fixed and didn’t help much, turbo doesn’t have any blatant issues. Will only build about 8psi of boost under full load. I got to looking at paperwork from previous owner and turbo had been replaced with 81868484, doing some research that shows as TW15 turbo, TW35 should be 83955946. I’m not finding much for specs, as far as AR ration and compressor size. Anyone have any info on these turbos?

I don't have the specific specs you're looking for, however I can tell you that a TW15 turbo will not get the job done because the compressor has to be much larger to drive the intercooler fan. I can also tell you that the proper boost spec (as per Ford) is 15-19 PSI under full load rated speed.

So the previous owner had a bad turbo resulting low power, and then he replaced it with
a too small one resulting in low power. And then he said, “I fixed it.”
