Two bottom plow

Anyone lift a two bottom Dearborn plow into a pick up bed? I have a kubota with bucket that is an L3010 so about 32 Hp. I think it would work but not sure about plow weight and dont want to damage bucket. Any thoughts? I may try engine hoist too but probably not high enough. I dont want to damage my tractor

That bucket will have no problem lifting that plow. Put it into the bucket.Use cardboard to keep from scratching.Tie a rope around it to hold it from tipping out. Or hang it useing straps that wont scratch. I remember my dad loading his 2 bottom Ford plow into his old Chevy pickup by hand because he did not own a loader.That plow is not heavy. It wont damage anything.

If it's a Kubota loader, it should be a la481. The way Kubota labels their loaders, the 481 is lift capacity in kg's, so it would handle 1060lbs. They have moved their rating point around some over the years, but based on what Jim says about the weight, you should be fine

That plow will not weigh as much as a loader full bucket of manure. I would
move mine by hand all the time in the barn on a wood floor. You are thinking
the plow weighs way more than it does.

I had the same problem I used Kubota with bucket and chain or straps to load in two wheel trailer. I would not try to put in truck bed to avoid damage to truck. Trailer is best.
