Two oil filters?

I have a Yanmar 2220 and looking to change my oil. I noticed there are two filters that look like oil filters. One is on the left side and one on the right side by the fuel filter. Need help understand that. Thank you.
 
The other is likely the hydraulic fluid filter. You have to get that from a Yanmar dealer. Change, with the fluid, every 500 hrs.
