U-302 Fluid Leak

I have a U-302 I've had for about a year that I use in my custom hay operation. I'm getting a pretty strong oil leak coming out of the brake housing (actually from the opening that the brake pedals pass through). Any idea whats going on here...what seal is bad, etc?
