Unidentified tractor

I have an old garden tractor that was used by my Father-in-law to prep yards for seeding bacin the 50's & 60's. He told me it originally had an10HP Kohler Engine it. The prior owner had put a jeep engine in it and then switched to a V-4 Wisconsin which is what is currently in it. I'm not sure what else has been modified besides the frame 7 sheet metal. It has a 3 speed transmission what looks to be a Ford type rear end and hydraulic brakes. The original side curtains have a 10 inside a circle with a wing on it. See Pics
Would like any help you can give me on identifiying this tractor.

It has been positivly indentified as a Harvey Powerflex 10. Thanks for repling.
