Unique 1936 John Deere

My brother and I just picked up a '36 Unstyled A that has a John Deere B serial tag on it with a '36 A serial number. I sent the serial number in for research as well but it has Weaver Tractor Co stickers on both sides of the hood so i'm thinking it came out of CA. Has anyone ever seen an unstyled A with a tag for a different tractor on it?

Very interesting stuff. Are there any other unusual features on the tractor of any kind? Any evidence that the tag has been tampered with in any way?
I would strongly recommend that you get in contact with Wes Malcolm about your finding, if it appears to be authentic. He would probably be as much help as anyone I know.
Would be interested to hear what the research comes back with when you get it. I have not heard of anything just like this before, myself.
