looks like an old Meyer crimper I had years ago...not related to Meyers equipment that around nowadays. Never was able to find out much about it.
Loved to ball up the hay at the ends of the pickup and lock everything up....

It's not a big wheel or small wheel Cunningham.
They may have made more models.
