At least the loader and hoe are both blue. A little unusual, but not much more so than the 4200 n/f that was on CL a while back with a loader and backhoe.

I got a 951 NF.. single wheel model. don't use it for much more than a powered wheel barrow.. sure is nimble though.

I think a tlb narrow front, if a 1-arm loader might be neat.

I know the dangers of using a 3pt hoe.. thus i won't be doing any stump pulling or rock picking ( got no trees at all on 10 of my 13 ac anyway.. and the other 3 have trails.. ) no rocks either.

this one will just be digging in sand and black and orange dirt... shouldn't be too hard on the old 850.

How big are the horses you will need to bury? I would think that would suit you fine, I have always liked the Woods equipment.

Just tell people that is set up that way so you can get on and off easy. LOL. Hey at least it should be enough to keep the front end on the ground most of the time unless you pop the clutch to fast

some large quarter horses and similar. We have a few right now that are hitting 30ys old.. and as horses go.. lets just say I've picked out a spot to bury them and am gonna start practicing digging sooner than later

yep.. it's plenty of weight.. way more than the concrete counterweight I had back there.. I think I read it's almost 1000#. I know I had to get the rpms up on the 1-arm loader to pick it up off the trailer.. wouldn't do it at idle..

That is light compared to the back hoe I have on my 8N and I bet you can not dig near as deep with it either. I can dig a hole about 18 foot deep and on the 8N it has the loader up front and 500lbs cement block up there also or I can not move the tractor

my reach is only 9' with a digging depth about 8'

plenty for what I need to do.

I have posted picture of my set up many times over the years. I have a Scout back hoe on my 8N and it will in fact dig a hole around 18 foot deep Has a long reach to it and if it where not for the loader and the 500lbs of cement on the grill guard area a guy could not even lift the hoe up to move the tractor and als the only way you can back it up a hill is to use the hoe to pull it up

There was a place up here had an 8N with an old hoe on it. Judging from the length of the stick and mast I'd bet it would dig pretty deep. But I also would bet that it would be only a little faster than a shovel!
