does anyone have any ideas or tricks to get the fan off the fanshaft without breaking anything? i put a puller on it and put some pressure on it but i got nothing. any help is appreciated.

I going to make an assumption that you have a friction disk type fan shaft as most tractors had that update. With that you first need to push the fan further onto the shaft and remove the keepers. I use a socket that just fits over the keepers and push the fan onto the shaft, usually their is enough dirt and rust that the fan will not slide back. With the keepers removed add heat and let the spring do the rest.

On my B, the drive disks were literally grown into the fan hub, I had to literally melt them out of the fan. You may be looking at new drive hubs and disks. Even tried driving them out with a hammer from the other side..no luck.
