Unstyled B front axle thread size

Can someone tell me the thread size of an unstyled B front axle?

I am putting on a bearing cap with the JD cast into it and thr standard front axle nut won't work with this cap. Best I can tell is it is 11/16 but having trouble figuring out the threads per inch. Apparently 11/16 fine thread is not a standard size.

That is correct. That is where the larger bearing cap without the large JD cast into it started to be used. There is more clearance under this cap for the new axle nut. The threads themselves, however, remained the same size. I need that thread size so I can order a plain slotted nut to fit under the smaller bearing cap.

All I have seen are 3/4-16. Either had castle nut or clamp nut.

Thank you! I think my problem was I was measuring the nut and not the spindle. Spindle threads measure out at 3/4" UNF.
