Sawatch 8n Can't hardly tell if its a 9N or a 2N cause it hurts my eyes with all that ARK CHROME on it.But it looks like it has tubular radius rods on it ? 44-47 2N

Satch.......buncha bling, eh? Old hot-rodders saying "iff'n it won't go, CHROME it".

Ittza 2N 'cuz looks like the front axle to tranny rod is "round" .... (well oval, as 9N's have cast "I"-bar rods) Don't let the "chrome" (shiny aluminum paint) mess yer eyeballs and pocketbook. Good rear tires are worth $250 ea. Good runnin' 2N's about $2000, including good tires.

Just 'cuz ittza "bling'd" don't make it a better tractor, just will sell faster to the inexperienced farmer/rancher wannna-bee.

As fer the "jungle-gym" loader, $500 tops. (with all the brackets and external hydraulic pump) ......Durango Dell

Sawatch: Where and when is the auction? I need a 2N and would be interested in this one--only if you aren't going to bid on it. As for the loader, I have one like it and I don't know the make or # but if no one replies, I will check tomorrow and post what I find. Bert

Doc, this is the annual Monte Vista Coop sale, Tues 3/15. I'm not bidding on it but could get you more pics if you're interested. My email is cjw[at]amigo.net. I'm not interested in the loader, just want the knowledge about it. There's also an 8n with loader listed but it wasn't there yet. Also a bunch of cat.1 impliments. Will report back on sale prices.

This annual sale attracts a lotta "junk" equipment but some stuff brings big $. I think the 2n will bring in some local collectors and get the goin' price. if not I'll buy it for resale!HA!

Pretty much looks like my loader. Mind had a tank added to it. I paid $150 for it. Had to replace all the hoses. From seeing past post I call mine a Wagoner. I think it would probably be worth more. I had bought the 8N it was on off Ebay for $650. He sold it as non-running. All it needed was fuel system cleaned of and new points and plugs. Came with a Sherman upper and lower too. It was missing the shift lever. He didn't even know the Sherman was in it. So I would pretty much agree with Dell, Got to be worth $500. Very handy to have around.
