I asked a few weeks ago about operating hours on a compact tractor, that lead to a lot of discussion on hours, brands, trannys etc. Well, I found a used 2010 MF 1660 (Iseki)and bought it, it is rated a 60 hp tractor with 46 PTO hp. It is a 12 speed with a hydraulic clutch forward and reverse and has all of the bells and whistles I wanted. It was traded to a New Holland dealer, and I bought it from them. I have done a little mowing with it, and I need to some practice running it, but I think it will do what I want. The tractor has 1200 hours on the hourmeter, and that seems reasonable for the shape it is in. There are a few things I want to fix, like the dent in the hood, but it is useable as it is.
