I know that there are used parts guys on here. My question is this. Half price is the norm OK but do you charge shipping if part is picked up at your place? This happened to me I need a 14 by 38 inch rim with 6 rail spin out. I found a good one as I was told. Price new one $400. plus $100. shipping = $500. or $250. for the used one and I was thing $200. I did not think this was right to charge for half of the fright. Please leave input. Thanks

Frt on a used one should be the same as a new one. You owe that man another $50.

There is no clear cut rules when it comes to buying used parts. The seller will usually try to get the most $ possible and of course the buyer wants the lowest price. Most places will accept a reasonable offer. Rod.

If you picked it up, then there's no freight charges. $200 shoulda been the price. Sounds like you're owed $50 back.
