Ken, I was kind of wondering the same thing - what is causing this rash of really old messages being revisited?? I've only been around for a few years here but never had noticed that before.

Is it "real" in the sense of someone really finding an old message and posting because of it? Or is it "spam" or automated probing somehow??

Doing a google search can turn up an old message so it wouldn't be odd to see a reference now & then.... But, since they _all_ start with the exact same openning, I too wonder if it is a door to get spam in here.....

Hey Carl -

No problem - I just wondered if yours was a "real" message... Maybe this is a new feature of the website or something that allows old messages to be replied to and bubble back up to the top.

As to your question, there aren't too many out here in the Texas panhandle, but I got a stuck, rough looking one with a whole pallet full of implement accessories for $400.

Running ones that I've seen have gone for $1000-1600. There is a very nice looking one on Ebay right now that is up to $2500 or so.

Good luck with it! It's none of my business, but I hope there aren't any young relatives coming up that will later wish they'd been able to buy it before it "got away".

I know I'd sure pay a lot of money to have my grandpa's old G back - but it went to Mexico so many years ago, no one even remembers any details...

Boy you guys can be tough on a new guy that most likely found this board through a google search.
Is cabin fever that bad already or did santa pass you by.


The board was changed by Kim and company a while back so that replies to old post would pop up on the main page so everyone would see them just like the modern side does.

Tractor prices are based on local demand and condition. What sells well here may not sell at all by you. A cub around here brings from 1 to 2 grand. If you have any of the cultivators or such that they are common with around here the price would be higher.
