UTS 1955 compression

What should the copression be at cranking speed.
My UTS lacks power and I cant find any problem as it starts easy and runs very nice but lacks the power to make the wheels spinnig when pulling a load.
 
This might help - if photo posts correctly. If you have GE series heads, post the head casting number and I can get you to equivalent 10A head.

well that was futile - anyone know how to get bigger, higher resolution jpg photo or pdf file posted so you can read it?
 
OK I'll try it the hard way - remember these are factory numbers - and may be high for a 55 year old tractor - mainly you are looking for similar numbers for each cylinder - say 10 psi variation.

10A4209 283 5.5:1 95-115 psi
10A4210 283 6.95:1 140-160 psi
10A4213 283 7.55:1 160-180 psi
