VA ring gear

I guess it was too cold outside to start my VA ? It spun/broke the ring gear. I dont seem to see a ring gear for sale here in the store here. Any ideas?

I already split the tractor last year to replace the clutch. That didnt seem to work out well either because I never could get enough throw of the clutch as the rod ran out of adjustment. Was that because it was resurfaced incorrectly?

I might be better off with a new flywheel.
