Take a look in John Saeli's store front on ebay, he has them to, as well as the orginal equipment "On" and light switches.
 
Ther is nothing special about these starter switches they fit just about everything made before 1970 and a few still later. They are made in several different sizes and styles so take your's in to match it up.
