VAC Mowing Man

Hey guys
Are all VAC-14s supposed to be wide front ends? I have one that is a tri-cycle front. The data plate is stamped VAC-14 and has a s/n starting with 601XXXXseries. Since we are not the original owners I cannot verify if its all correct.
