I was looking through my operators manual and I think it said use 10W oil in my hydrolics.Is this what I should be using or something different.

That's what it said, sort of, 10w cold 20w hot.

i use delo 400/10wt in all of my case vac tractors hyd.

Thanks guys that's what I needed to know.I noticed that the hyd oil had a milky look to it so I need to drain and flush out before I put it back together.
