VAC belt pulley

Hi guys,I just got a 52 Case VAC.Today I was playing around with it and when I turn on the PTO the rear shaft works fine but the belt pulley doesn"t work.Is this something simple or am I in for quite a job.

Thanks Joe thet was it,I saw the set screw but I wasn't sure and I knew one of you guys would know.Thanks again.
