The average rear rim width for a 28" vac rear rim is 10" wide rim for 11.2" tire. I do have a set of 12" x 28" rims for 12.4" tire that came on one of my tractors. There may be more but this is what I know fits my tractors. Hope this helps.
 
I have 14.9's squeezed on mine. The face is a lot rounder than I like, but I have not had time to cut and widen them out. Traction is great.
