Who"s going to the pull? How heavy should I make my tractor? I can weight up to 10500, but I don"t want to bring the extra 1000 pounds unless I have someone to pull against.
 
well bring it and you can pull with that 1355 of jason's think it weighs 11000 ill have my g1000 and rusty will also along with our 800's is your cousin gona bring his G1000 ?
 
I was talking about the M5 diesel. It can't pull against the g1355. It has 2 less cylinders, and 1 less turbo. Besides I like pulling the M5 against the green tractors. It does good for a stock tractor. My G1000 is quite a bit heavier now, but its a local puller.
 
I think Chris with his JD 80 will stop at 9600. He lightened the tractor earlier this year so it would not be as heavy. I think the 730's stop about there. Past that I don't know. If you get there and need more weight, I am sure you can get some.

There should be a good group of open tractors with the g1000's, g1355, massey 1155, and oliver 2255.
 
I would be there with my 11000# G6, but TCU plays Utah that Saturday so that's where I'll be with the family. TCU is undefeated this year and have a good chance of staying that way. GO FROGS!!!
 
I went to Texas A&M. They play Oklahome this weekend. Thats why I will be in Valley Mills. I hope to pull against that GVI sometime. Good luck to TCU. I would like to see them do well.
 
yeah i should be there on Saturday. trying to decide if i wanna run the hx-55 i had on it or a hx-40. i guess i'll be making the decision tomorrow.
 
Yea, that would be fun to pull against you. I have a different tractor now. Same engine but this tractor has the inside wheel weights as well as the two outside. It'll probably be about 1500# heavier. Maybe this will keep me from spinning out. I've got about 2 hrs work left on it, then I'm ready. I know what you mean about A&M. However, OU is having a tough time right now. It might be a good game.
