valve stem core removal

Have a leaking valve stem core on a loaded rear tire. Trying to remove but apparently threads are rotted off on core. anyone have any tricks for removal without ruining inside threads of valvestem

rotate it up, and jack up the tire to remove pressure, tghen use a removal tool.. even if you bugger it taking it out you might be able to save it with a valve tool that has a chase on it.. if not.. is it a 2 part stem?

some have a removeable piece which can be replaced.

countryboy,If its a rear tire it should have a replaceable valve stem,that unscrews from the tube.Replace it when its at the 12 o clock position and wheel jacked up to keep from loosing fluid.Replace with a stainless steel valve stem.

Thanks for the help guys. Got it fixed. Swiped a pair of needle nose from wife's sewing machine/computor tool box and managed to work the core out but guess I buggered the threads because new core leaked. Removed the stem and after traveling 60 miles and 3 tractor tire shops I found some replacement stems - used. Mine were an old style no longer stocked. Couldn't even order thru NAPA. Now I can get back to mowing. I am grateful for your attention. HAGD.
