Valves sticking... again

After new valve train set no improvemnent in function. I can get the tractor running by putting in STP or similar Mystery oil/gasoline or directly on the valves through spark plug holes when left in the evening in the garage. No chance to start up if this is not done. Using 10W-40 Mobile or Castrol oil. Would need help to solve this valve lubrication problem. Front distrbutor 1949 good 12V spark 8N tractor in question.

Did you set the valve lash correctly?
Did you or have the valve seats ground or replaced?
You need to do a compression test.It sounds like your valves are leaking past the seats.

Putting oil in the spark plug holes will increase compression if the rings are bad. You need a good wet/dry compression test. you may not have valve problem at all.

Duner ,That is a good one.Five years and still don't understand or able to get it right.
