About 2 hours away. Are scrapers still available from the dealer? Do you know if there are any aftermarket ones?

Call the dealer and ask.
I doubt if there are any aftermarket parts. Vermeer is not that big of a brand at least not for farm equipment here in the USA. If it was something common like a New Holland or John Deere, sure...
