Very slow hydraulics

We have a Massey 165 with multi power. We have had several items causing a issues and thought we had it going but now the hydraulics take forever to respond. 2 minutes 42 seconds to lift loader to full height. There is not enough flow for the forks to even lift parts of a hay bale.

I have the quadrant set to constant pumpkins and outer set to up.

Right hydraulic lever is locked back.

Response is set to high.

Any suggestions on what to do to fix this?

(quoted from post at 09:40:07 10/09/21) have you replaced the hydraulic filters, would be first thing to check.

We had to split the machine at the transmission because of a pretty major leak. We did do a service on it when it was a part. All new oil as well.

I just loaded the hoses at the auxiliary switch and it seems to have good flow (although I am not sure what that flow should look like). Unfortunately I dont have a pressure gauge to check the pressure and where we live it will be probably a week to get one.

We did have that dash pot rod bend and when we tried to straighten it broke. We had to get a new dashpot.

The three point seems to be working ok.

Another thing we have found is the bleed off is extremely high. So much so that if you try to pick up some over 300 pounds it wont even move (bucket roll function).

Im almost thinking it might be a stuck valve or something but I dont know much about hydraulics to substantiate that guess.

We finally got the new filters installed and we still have very slow hydraulics.
We were going to run a pressure check but got drenched in oil then found that the pressure gauge and the port are two different sizes. Will run into town and hope someone has a bushing.
Meanwhile. Any other suggestions?

We have finally gotten the filter replaced. It was pretty nasty.
Now we have gone from almost 3 minutes for the loader to raise full height to just over 2 minutes.

I still have to think that we are missing something here.

We were gonna do a pressure check but, after getting a hydraulic oil bath, we found the gauge and the port were different sizes.

Any ideas on what else to try?

Do you have any pictures of your current setup? How are you plumbed into the tractor currently? What kind of loader is it?
