Hi! My breakaway bar keeps slipping when I am mowing. I've took pressure off the spring and retightened it but it still slips as soon as I pull off. Any ideas or should I replace it? Thank you!

Have you got the spring bottomed out? Maybe tighten it down a little more. Otherwise you will have to lay a little welding bead on the catch. They get rounded off after enough trips.

I have the spring pretty much bottomed out. I'm not sure about the catch I will have to look and see if it's rounded. Thank you!
