Vintage tractors

Hello all, just starting to look for a tractor to restore and I wanted to get some advice.

What are the chances of finding a Samson model M, or Sieve-grip, IH 8- 6 junior, or a titan 10-20? I would love to get one in as complete condition as possible and unrestored if possible. Am I dreaming or is it possible?

Thanks Greg

You may not be dreaming if you have some deep pockets, most of the models you have listed are going to be costly.

all these models you have here are rare, like in probably less than 10 or 12 of each model here even exist, and nearly all are not for sale, if you find one that is they will be very expansive, that titan on rfd a few years ago, if i remember was like 50 grand, and that was before restoration, the owner had a big mogul too and i think it was bought for over a hundred grand before he redid that one, surely you can find something a little more to your liking???

I am not an expert, but I think the Titan 10-20 would be the easiest to obtain on your list. I would sure like to have one myself, one of these days. I kind of keep an eye on them, seems like the ones that need a lot of work (stuck motor) go around $8k - $11k (depending on condition and missing parts) and one in running condition goes anywhere from $12K to up around $18k+, again depending on condition.

Thanks to all that replied! I appreciate that. My hope is for a Samson Sieve-grip but I doubt that will happen. I will keep my eyes open for a pre 1920 affordable tractor to come up for sale ( hopefully in restorable condition)
