W-4 Battery size?

You are lucky you have a box. Mine was gone when I got the tractor. Not sure if this helps you. but I bought the smallest 12v I could find years ago and it starts just fine. I suggest you get out your tape measure.
 
If your 6 volt battery was group 1 I would look at a 22NF, 35, 51 R and 51. None of those are exact but I shim mine with pieces of wood.
