Just picked up what I believe is a "43" W-4 (cast iron shift knob) on what I think are steel spoke

cutoffs in 24" rims. Am I correct or were some built this way?

both the front and rear are cutoff's thm front tires look too big. should be 600x16 on the front. rear should be 14.9 x 26 its sitting way too high in the front.

Front tires are old truck tires, about 5" taller than 5.00×16's I have.
 
How plentiful are the correct wheels-rims
I have the correct wheels rims on a parts tractor. Even if you put 600 x 16 on the front instead of them 750’s would smarten it up. And a set of fenders. That is so wrong.
