Case W7 Wheel loader that is hard to turn the steering wheel. I have replaced the oil filter in the steering resvoir, but didn't do much good, I am wondering if it is the steering pump or possibly the gear that the steering shaft goes down into. any easy ways to test without tearing the pump and everything apart. Thanks for any help
