Wanted Gleaner A2

A couple of years ago I sold my 64 model A2 Gleaner to make room for my new M2 as I had picked up quite a bit more ground. Ever since then I have deeply regretted selling it. Does anyone have one close to Central Illinois they would be interested in getting rid of?

My Dad has 2 that he would probably get rid of, are you looking for a project or something that is completely ready for the field, the only problem is we are in south west minnesota so probably too far

I have a Gleaner A2 serial number is A36357 1966 model? It has a Buda 6 cylinder gas, runs good, needs throttle cable work and choke cable work or replaced. Bought from neighbor because he was going blind and needed some money. Was going to the scrappers, It has a 2 row corn and 13 foot grain with reel boards all painted orange and new plastic fingers instead of metal. No floating bar, has rigid cut platform. Straw spreader instead of chopper, cab and a bunch of sprockets, some sheaves and new belts to go. I beleive 14.9 26 tires and decent rears. I have too many combines myself, was going to use this year with the neighbor and let him run again but things didn't work out. Beleive it is set up for wheat from 2011 or 2010 not sure.
