water in tires

I have a 1952 ford 8n. We just recently purchased it. When I went to check the tire pressure today, I found that the tires were full of what appeared to be water. I realize its for weight, but can I still
put air in the tires to get the pressure up?
Thanks,
Carl

Just dont drink the "water"! It's probably that secret tractor tire fluid stuff and not water. Calcium Chloride I think. Could be water too. When I first got my first N my brother tried to tell me they fill the tires with mud! Anybody got any mud in theirs??

Not likely to be 100% water but more likely that it is a water CACL mix. If you get a leak fix it fast or you may be buying new rims since CACL and metal does not mix well and it like any other salt causes things to rust fast. Also tire pressure should be 10-15psi
