There's a new place called Yesterday's Tractors.
The pump itself is $50. (wiser move than wasting time and money rebuilding)
and all the necessary parts like hoses and gaskets and thermostat are available there too.

Or complete kits with the pump already rebuilt.

Who sells a kit to rebuild an 8N water pump?

Every time I have tried to rebuild a water pump the casting broke so then I didn't have a core so buying a rebuilt water pump cost more.

Did some searching, finally found a rebuild kit at Fix that Ford. com for $52.84 plus shipping. YT a new pump for $50 plus shipping (and you can get parts related to it for the same shipping dollars). I expect that is why there aren't many places offering kits.

Be aware that you may need longer studs. Standard carb studs will probably work.
