WD 45 belt pully

Have any of you guys replaced the cork seal that seals the pully tube to the housing? I haven't pulled out the old one yet because it isn't leaking that bad.

It looks like a strip of cork gasket material laid in a trough in the housing. In theory I just need a piece of cork the right width and thickness to lay in the slot.

I can't find a ready made one anywhere online. Am I on the right track with this?

You should be able to order it thru an agco dealer, unless it has been discontinued in the pass 15 years since I replaced the seal on my WD. You are basically right in that it is a square ring of cork I want to say 1/4" thick but it may have been as large as 3/8".

I just did a quick search for it online and found this:

Belt Pulley Gasket Allis Chalmers WD WD45 WC WF 70202289
$22.50
