WD manifold stud torque and is there any
sequence?

First of all, put a straight edge on manifold and head and make SURE they are flat. Tightening a warped manifold or crooked head leads to broken manifolds. Start from middle and go out. Forget torque, get the nuts just snug (maybe 1/8-1/4 turn past finger tight), start and warm up tractor, shut it down and let it cool, then snug up the nuts again. Repeat this until the nuts don't loosen after cooling down. Recheck them often over time.
