WD shifter dimensions needed

whats length canter of ball to end (new) and whats width of the end ? mines getting "lost" loosed contact with the works in there ,and has to be built back up to orig size Im fighten it and need to plow sno, Whwn I took shifter out the washer under snap r had a rubber O ring in it it this orig?
