WD45 oil pressure

I put an engine in a guys WD45 for him. Engine is freshly rebuilt, machine shop done, not a hone and ring job. With 30wt oil, new oil pressure gauge, it shows middle or better of the guage when just started. After half an hour on the dyno, I noticed the oil pressure gauge was at the bottom of the normal range. I pulled the gauge and put a master gauge in, 10PSI, engine 180 degrees, on the dyno at 540RPM PTO. I don't have any specs on the WD45, what is normal oil pressure on them. This seems low to me, and more alarming the difference cold to hot.
Thanks,
Lavoy

According to the Hastings filters book, and my local AGCO dealer, the same part number is listed for B, C, CA, WC, WD, and WD45, did I miss something?
Thanks,

Also make sure that the 1/4" diameter tube that is pressed into the base is there, it goes up into the filter. Sometimes it comes off with the filter and gets discarded. If it is not there, it will definitely cause low oil pressure.
