I have had this old tractor for many years. It has had a cracked block the entire time. The crack is on the outside of the block just behind the carburater. The problem i have beenhaving is it keeps running hot lately after running for short time even without a load.I have used meany different types of products to seal the leak in block.Itook radiator off a few years ago and had it checked ,it was ok.The radiator cap seam to leak a little water all the time ,could this be the problem! If the t-stat is sticking can i just take it out to see if that is the problem!Or could the block be clogged do to the sealants i have tried !Could i try some type of radiator flush to clean it out. I am out of ideas as to what i can do.

Could be a bad thermostat or a clogged cooling system. I would replace the thermostat and alo I would do a vinegar flush as in drain the system and fill with vinegar and run it till good and warm let cool then rig up a hook up so as to back flush the engine block from the block drain plug
