Lets see some wd45 pulling tractors looking to build one

I've got a pic or two of my NATPA legal WD that pulls 3500 thru 4500 bs division 3. But, not being smart enough to put them on here to see. If I can have your e-mail address I can send them to you direct. Now for the theological lesson: Just "wanting to build a pulling tractor" isn't a great idea UNLESS you have a plan and a place to compete with it. Building something that doesn't conform to local or antique club rules puts you in a position of not being allowed to pull (doesn't meet rules) or only being given a "courtesy hook" for no placing or prize money. Going to all the work and expense to build it just to not get to compete isn't a good thing. There are those who say they just want to do it for fun, but after a few "fun" hooks they usually find they really want to compete, not play.
