RUNS AND STARTS GOOD RUNS FOR 5MIN THEN SHUTS DOWN WAIT ABOUT 3MIN STARTS RIGHT UP AND DOES THE SAME THING SHUTS DOWN ?

Get an adjustable gap spark tester. The moment it dies, test to see if the spark will jump a quarter inch gap. If all plug wires pass that test, time to check fuel flow. But chances are it's electrical. Bad coil, bad ignition switch, bad condenser...

Remove the drain plug from the bottom of the carburetor and let the gas run into a gallon milk jug using a funnel to direct the gas flow. The gas flow MUST be more than a gallon in 15 minutes draining time. Anything less isn't acceptable for hard work.

That is a good piece of knowledge/advise, will try and remember it. Infact I will note in in a couple of tractor manuals in the fuel section.

Disconnect the gas line just before carb and remove gas cap. Blow the line going to the tank then replace and try
If helps but happens again
Get a sediment bowl that the inlet sticks up in tank like 1/2 inch or so
I good luck
