UK built Trantor high speed tractor first designed and built in the late 1970s.
Designed by two students Graham Edwards and Stuart Taylor from Manchester
university and still in production in India. Most of the UK built ones were exported
to African countries with a few sold in the UK. They had a choice of Perkins or
Leyland engines and the later ones were offerd with 4 wheel drive. I see the odd
ones at tractor rallies around the country and I drove one of the first ones at 50
MPH and I was not flat out. MJ

I would like a rig like that too, many times more

They have suspension, looks like a reasonably stable ride.
