What a great day!

The new China made radiator arrived on Friday. I did a flow test with the garden hose, was not able to fill the radiator, and got 5gpm out the bottom. My old radiator overflowed with the hose in and only produced 1.3gpm so clearly a problem.

Got up a 4am yesterday and went to the farm to meet old Tom turkey. He showed and hit the ground at 7am. 25 lbs, 10.5" beard and 1.25" spurs.

Took pics, changed clothes and got the new radiator installed and started farming at 9am. Disked and cultipacked 5 acres, plowed 2 ad bush hogged 1 by 3:30pm.

That old '47n never worked so hard or so well!

A day I'll not soon forget. Beautiful weather too.

Want me to post a pic of my pet Tom turkey, yes I can pet him and pick him up.

He is loose free range in the yard, but he stays close to the house.

Didn't have THAT much fun, but I drove my JD '60' out into the sunshine today for the first time in 2 yrs. Puffin' sweet !!
