What are these?

Picked up these small tools in a yard sale for a buck just to find out what they were. One is marked Stanley the other Goodell Pratt.

Based solely on the name "Stanley" cast into one of them, I'd guess they're attachments for a molding plane. Back in the day, a lot of custom molding was made by hand.

Makes sense , I can see where the flats would be a good stop on an auger bit.

I cannot really tell from the pictures, but I agree the first item is an auger bit depth gauge. The second item looks like an adjustable card scraper or spoke shave used to put a bevel or radius on various widths of lumber, but it is missing the knife.

Definitely an auger bit stop. I had one like it. I used to use auger bits a lot. But cordless tools ended that. Sold my set off 30 years ago.
