What are they?

I've got these laying around the shop. I'm thinking they are some type of rivet clamp? Anyone know what they are and what they're worth?
I'm going to sell them if I can get something out of em. Thanks.

"Sickle repair tool".

One side is (supposed to be) a punch to push out the old rivets, the other side is to mash down the new rivets.

Can still be bought new today.

They're for rivets in a sickle mower,for changing knives without pulling the whole bar out.

Yes, they are a rivet remover-installer for a sickle bar mower. Using it you can change the section with the knife still in the mower. I'll give you $10.00 for it if you pay me $40.00/hour for my time to get it freed up and working.

They are both missing the "punch" from one of the screws.

They commonly break.

If you look closely, there's a crosswise roll pin in the screw that holds the punch in place, the steel ball goes in first, before the new punch.

they are a mower sickle repair tool. if all like the pic they junk look like spend lot time get useable again. still can buy new today

A friend of mine gave me one . They are handy I don?t mind doing rivets at all with the tool . My local bomgaars has them new for 90$
