What Case planter is this?

I don't see a metal tag or.. anything on this planter. its made by Case, does anyone know what model this is?

Thanks for the reply Jon. I was hoping to find a manual for it, even though we've had it and used it for years.. just to learn about adjustments (I know, a little late to do now), maintenance, etc.. It works fine as it is. I just wanted to know more about what the manual said so I could be more educated about the whole thing. I've never even moved that tension adjuster that looks like a curly cue. I feel dumb saying that, but I've never tried to, or needed to adjust it that I know of. (and if i did need to adjust it I probably wouldn't know for sure because I've never seen the manual) I just recently started trying out other seed plates to find out there's B and C (and other) type plates, there's 16 cell and 24 cell (and other) plates, and depending on how the settings are made, could over plant or underplant, depending on what cell count plate I used. I guess I'm just trying to be smarter.. and also.. the rear tires are SHOT. I've "repaired" them a couple times.. but its not the right repair, obviously. I'd like to find out if there was any AFFORDABLE replacements for the wheels that didn't require jerry rigging. Anyways.. I counted the cells in the plate set we use the most, that seems to put down the seeds correctly (southern peas/pink eyes) and they have 24 cells, and the plates are C. I believe they stopped making this thing before I was born (I read that 1969 is the last year it was made- I wasn't born for 10 more years!) so I'm trying to learn something that would have been known to other users for decades... and it seems like after seeing your reply and searching for manuals for a CASE IH K160 row planter.. I have not found anything, unfortunately.

I don't have a book, but I'll ask around. I know that you can use IH plates in those units with an adaptor.
